Sophia is currently honing her craft as a Junior Sous Chef at The Tartan Country Club, where she brings creativity and precision to every dish. Her experience includes working at Kona Kitchen and Gallo’s, where she developed a keen eye for flavor balance and artistic presentation.

Now, she’s on a mission to serve the people of Central Ohio with extraordinary tasting and artistically designed charcuterie boards, grazing tables, platters, and designer cups.
